Nearly all of our pieces of jewellery are made to order with your specific wishes in size and colour and we will begin with their production directly after your order has been placed. Depending on whether a component possibly is not on hand straight away (e.g. a certain colour shade or size of a gemstone) it can sometimes take between 3 to 6 weeks until your piece of jewellery has been finished and shipped and until you or the happy person you ordered it for can unpack and wear it. We can provide you with more detailed information, as soon as you have made your order or have contacted us beforehand.

We advice you to soak your jewellery in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing it gently with a soft brush. This should remove any build up of dirt and normal traces of usage (such as e.g. sweat) without being too harsh or damaging its surface. If your piece of jewellery should be a bit »tarnished«, use toothpaste! Simply put some toothpaste on an (old) soft toothbrush and, inititally without water, brush your piece of jewellery gently for a minute. Afterwards, foam up with a bit of water and brush for another few seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water before polishing it dry with a silver cleaning cloth (or a simple soft cloth). That’s it! 🙂 Gold-plated jewellery will be bleaching out a little bit, this is normal.

For every piece of jewellery that is manufactured (and personalized, if desired) individually after an order has been placed, there is no cancellation right. Excepted are all products with the additional information “in stock”. CAUTION: For some products this may not be the case for all variations (e. g. for an additional gold plating that will be made after the order has been placed, in which case it is nun-refundable). For the purchase of products, that are declared as “in stock” and that do not have to be further processed, there can be made a withdrawal, provided that the jewellery is unworn, within 14 days. If accepted, the product(s) has/have to be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. A return label can be requested via mail. For the returning process, a handling fee of 15€ (for EU, including the return label), respectively 45€ (outside EU) will be charged that has to be dectucted from the refund amount.
